Collarless Tweed Blazer: From “Stuffy” to Stylish
A Collarless Tweed Blazer for Everyday Outfit Wear
Collarless tweed blazers always have a very elegant and lux feel. It’s the essence of Chanel, so I guess that’s what makes it so classic and timeless. It has the ability to immediately make you look like a lady. =)
On the other end of the spectrum, this style of blazer can be a little stuffy and “old” at times.
I wanted to style it in a way that would keep its elegance but would come off more relaxed so I would be able to pull it off for everyday wear.
I started this look by pairing it with jeans instead of trousers or a skirt. This set the outfit path towards casual. I selected black instead of a classic blue wash because I still wanted the look to be classy.
I wore a light gray boyfriend tee to continue the trend of casual and made sure to partially tuck it in so it wouldn’t look sloppy. The last thing you want to do is look sloppy when wearing a tweed blazer!
I added a black belt to keep the outfit structured and fun glitter loafers. The loafers tie in with the collarless tweed blazer very well and I’m happy with the way the pieces work together. The last touch was silver accessories and a little bit of color.
I think I successfully took the blazer from dressy/professional to everyday wear and kept the overall look to my personal style. What do you think?

I personally do not own a tweed blazer but I’m really considering getting one now. I always thought that its a great look for the Spring and Fall. I have to say that I am in LOVE with your glitter loafers! I need to have a pair. I love the overall look and the classy yet casual feel that it has.

That tweed blazer looks so classy and I love the way you styled. I have a similar one and wear it just like you but instead of the white tee I wore a black tee. @ Peter lol 😀
